Great location - many fabulous restaraunts to choose from, pool was very nice and they used salt instead of chlorine to sanitize which is much less harmful and irritating.
Great bedding as usual with a Hampton Inn - I always feel so much better sleeping on white bedding because I feel like I can see if there is any filth.

I have to stay in Madison several times a year, so I try to stay here whenever possible. It is clean comfortable and pretty new. The rooms have a nice big flat screen tv, big bed and the staff is very nice. Close to the research park and Westown Mall.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The room quality was pretty good though I asked to get moved after night 1 as my room was next to the elevator shaft so was noisy and also lacked a privacy shade on the window so you could see straight into our room from the car park. The receptionist was clearly doubting me when I said that the shade was missing and wasn't especially happy to move me but acquiesced after a while. The pool was fantastic, far better than what you expect from this kind of place and the breakfast wasn't bad either. But could someone please explain to me why they only provide foam plates and plastic cutlery for guests - are we back in 1974???

This Hampton inn is quite new-and having stayed in several H'sI in the pas,t this exceeded my expectations. The staff was very pleasant, lobby was very large and inviting. The room was standard-nothing stand out, but exceptionally clean. I would caution that the online security for the Hampton Inns need to be reviewed by management for the credit card transactions. The last two times I have stayed an a HI (Madison and DC) I had fraudulent activity on my card the next day. So their system is compromised. Forunately my CC caught it immediately and took care of it. Other than that this hotel is great.
