Truly this was a blessing. The Staff truly exceeded its customer courtesy skills. It was a very heartfelt warm welcoming. Our visit to "Madison" was necessary and brought on some stresses, staying at this Hotel, brought our stress level down and we were able to deal with the issues easily because of the hospitality received. The complete staff was tremendous- from the quality of the room service, the availability of the washers and dryers, the lounge/breakfast, as well as the staff at the reception desk. A special tip of the hat and a bow of thanksgiving to the following: Jason D, Jennifer G, Eric B., and Alex to whom we did not get to meet but saw the work performed. Good price and well-managed hotel. Always check your bill. We were charged a safe lock charge that they immediately took off when questioned.

We have 2 large labs and trying to find a place to stay is difficult for us when travelling. This hotel caters to pets for a minimal fee. It was clean, affordable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are 24 hours to meet anyones needs.

Would definitely stay here again!

The price is not bad. Breakfast is good, well stocked and the staff keeps it clean. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Beds are comfortable and the wifi works pretty well.
