We needed to stay in the West Madison-Middleton area for one night to visit with relatives. This property was the most reasonably priced among those we checked. We checked in about 1:00 PM and our room was ready for us even though check-in was not until 3:00 PM. Everything worked well in the room. The beds were comfortable. All of the equipment worked fine. On this trip, we stayed in three properties in the same price range as this hotel, and we would clearly rate this the best value. The breakfast was also clearly better than what we've had in comparison properties. I'd definitely stay here again when we come back for the next visit to Madison-Middleton.

The Hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and updated. Beds were clean and comfy - reminded me of when we stayed at the Westin in Chicago. VERY AFFORDABLE. I think they can update the sofas in the rooms but since I didn’t need to sleep in the sofa or even sit on it I didn’t mind them too much. Continental breakfast was just right. The kitchen staff was attentive and the tables were being cleaned ASAP.

We stayed at the AmericInn again, as we had a graduation ceremony to attend. The staff were friendly as usual. The rooms were quiet and we noticed that have done a lot of renovation work since our last visit. The breakfast was also very extensive. We will be staying here again next time we visit Madison.

We stayed at the Americinn last weekend and had an excellent time. The pool and hot tub were great for families with school age children. The managers reception from 5 - 7 was great with wings and nachos and free wine and beer. The breakfast was nice the following morning with many options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
