We stayed one night here. The decor is very nice and updated. Our room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with the usual tiny muffins, make-your-own waffles, and scrambled eggs.

I stay in Country Inn and suites quite a bit and they are very nice hotels. This hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly, but the bed was HORRIBLE. It caved in the middle, maybe it was just our room but room 102 bed was HORIBLE. Other hotel signs read "Pillow Top Mattres" my friend said we have a concave mattress. (sinking inward). Other than the bed, it was great.

Nice stay - a little out of downtown and on a busy street but no problems getting around. County Inns offer several nice features and we usually enjoy staying at this chain.

Disappointed in stay. Rooms were clean, but Suites names is misleading since it's just 4 walls and a bed. Speaking of bed, not comfortable sleeping and sheets and bedspread very stiff and cardboard like. Room A/C loud, but did cool room off....but constand noise very annoying.
Closer to Lake Hamilton area of Hot Springs. Really tried very hard NOT to spend time in the hotel and room.
