Everything very nice. Wifi is 9.99 per day. Needed to cancel for the second night and was still charged $75.00

Have stayed at this hotel twice and I love it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Has a nice indoor pool. Love it has it's own spa in the hotel. The spa staff are equally friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with the room or a question staff always there to help.

My spouse had business in Hot Springs, AR and we chose the Embassy Suites for our 2 night stay while there. We have stayed at many other Embassy Suites and have always had good luck in doing so. This one was no different.

We loved our suite, very spacious and it was clean as a whistle. The bed for very comfortable and they gave us extra pillows as requested. Shower pressure could have been better, but other than that, the room was very good.

We like the location of this hotel, very central for the purpose of our stay. We were able to visit the national park while there, and a few other attractions. It is connected to the convention center, very handy. Service was top notch, everyone we were involved with was pleasant and informative.

I'd recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

We stayed over Christmas. The hotel was very quiet, and low key. Just what we were looking for. The suite was clean and very well appointed. Our first trip to Hot Springs, AR & will return in summer.
The staff was extraordinary! Going our of their way to offer suggestions to our requests for a church on Christmas eve, and directions to the area shopping.
Can't wait to return.
