We spent 2 nights here. This is a very nice hotel....the Comfort Suites (not Comfort Inn & Suites). Nice warm hot tub indoors along with pool. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

We have been traveling to Hot Springs for the horse races for the last 15 years and after the decline of the downtown area began to stay outside of town. In the beginning we tried a few other places and none compared. We've stayed here four years in a row and several times each year. It is always an excellent stay. The property is taken care of, the rooms are large and clean, the beds and bed linens are comfy, wi-fi is free and speedy, the staff is friendly and pleasant; even the breakfast is out of the ordinary. Once we found this hotel there wasn't a need to look any further. Congratulations to the management and staff for the excellent job you do.

Location is perfect, close to all the major attractions in Hot Spring, restaurants and major highways! Hotel is clean, large suites, gym is working in perfect condition and friendly staff! would def. recommend to friends and stay here again in future!

8 of us stayed here in 3 suites on Christmas night. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable both during my phone call 2 days prior, and upon checkin. Both women recommended King Chinese Buffet (one of few places open on Christmas). The restaurant was, indeed, good.

The suites were fantastic. Clean, large, well equipped. More than enough pillows. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. The breakfast was not fantastic, but it was more than adequate (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc.). We would definitely stay here in the future. We had no complaints whatsoever.
