Looked at the negative reviews and almost didn't book a room so happy I didn't pay too much attention to the negative comments. What a Great Room with a balcony. Room very clean,internet works great, staff friendly, bed perfect, view so relaxing and with AARP a great rate! Will stay here again.

This is a nice reasonably priced hotel with courteous staff.. The INTERNET does not work.....tech support was of little or no help and hotel took no responsibility for it. IF you need Internet, DON'T stay here!

I do not feel that the hotel was worth the money we paid. Carpet was badly stained. Toilet was poorly bolted and was dangerous to sit on. Poor room configuration. Could not see tv from sofa. Pillows were very hard and thick. Not enough room to eat with the number of people in the breakfast room. We arrived to eat an hour before the end time but they were already our if orange juice and gravy. First time at Baymont and last time.

We stayed for two nights extended to 3 because we loved Hot Springs. The hotel was just right, ask for a Lake view room as the view is incredible.
The staff were all really nice, especially the girl on reception who gave us loads of help and advice on places to go and things to see.
Good food at Fishermans Wharf restaurant and the Back Porch grill both a short drive away.
