I stayed at this hotel from 20-24 Dec 2011 and I have to say that I am very disappointed with it. It does not even deserve the 3 star rating. Not even 1 star.
1. The hotel lobby area were poorly maintained, very humid and dusty. It feel like sitting in a sauna when we sit at the lobby.
2. The hotel restaurant always ran out of food, provides a very limited choice of breakfast and the staffs do not clearly understand what we are ordering.
3. The 1st room given to me was very dusty. The bathroom door cannot be closed. Overall the bed sheets looks very dirty despite being replaced every day.
4. We were promised 7 breakfast by hoteltravel.com but when we arrived there were told by hotel that we entitled for 1 only. It took a while for us to get this sorted out.
5. The electrical wires in the rooms were dangling all over the place not safe for the kids.
6. Swimming pool looks like poorly maintained. Dirty and in some places the tiles are broken making it dangerous for a swim.
7. When I tried to request for a change to a different hotel after the 1st night stay but ICS, the agent in Bali said that we need to pay a penalty of almost USD280 for late cancellation. The initial booking cost us USD480.
8. The room floors are generally dirty and looks like never cleaned for a long time.
9. The aircond was bad!
