We have just spent from 18 to 25/1/2012 at this resort and just loved it! We had 2 teenage grandchildren and requested adjoining rooms which we got in a quiet area rooms 2106/2108.
The rooms are very spacious and beds are just so comfortable. The position of the resort is great for shops, massage, beach etc, we enjoyed Carla massage, the La Monde pizza restaurant across the road has a varied menu and good service. The resort itself has good food and menu to choose from, you must enjoy Tao at sunset just beautiful for cocktails. The breakfat has everything on offer from pancakes to vegemite! Thanks Suma for your smile and for looking after us. All of the staff at this resort are just so helpfu, friendly and accomodating. My husband had a nasy accident on 23/1/12, he had bali belly and had a fall due to low blood pressure, he had a nasty cut on the head which needed stitches, I rang reception in a panic to get a doctor quick that I had an emergency - they calmed me and the doctor & nurse attended to my husband within 15 minutes. The reception staff are to be commended for their quick action and caring, thank you to the staff who came and cleaned the mess bathroom as there was blood everywhere. For by the accident, we did have a lovely holiday at this resort.

Stayed here with 10 & 15 year old daughters. Room was great...clean, big, cold air con, nice size bathroom.
Food from the restaurant was of a high standard.
Right on the beach, shopping right at the entrance if you want. Carla Spa around the corner was great, went there nearly every night for foot massages and chats.
Very easy to get around from this area, miss most of the traffic problems when venturing out.
Australia Day Buffet was superb with lots of dancing including fire dancing.
The pool was welcoming and the staff fantastic.

Only drama was when a group of chinese arrived late one night and proceeded to yell and scream at each other, including from room to room. They were dragging furniture around at 1am and arguing with each other. The hotel were great though and moved rooms for us the next morning. They hogged the pool somewhat but the staff were great.

Definitely will be back and definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay whether family/business/single/young or old. Security was spot on too.

We were in this hotel during our stay in Legian and really enjoyed it. The rooms were very modern and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel itself was very nice. The location was exceptional, near great shops and on Legian Beach, I would recommend a room towards the back as most of the rooms are centred around the restaurant and pool.

We had been past the Ramada on numerous occasions on previous Bali trips and had always commented on its excellent location, so when the opportunity arose to spend a few nights here in early December we thought it would be an ideal base for shopping and r & r

Firstly the good stuff. superb location, right on the beach at the back and in the middle of all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife at the front, yet the rooms remain totally quiet. Staff, as usual in Bali are helpful and smiling. Lots of facilities, central pool, restaurant and excellent gym.

The let down, sadly is in the little things that could all be sorted with good management and a bit of effort. The guest rooms and particularly the bathrooms that we saw all needed a really good cleanup. Dirty corners, stains in the bath etc are really not acceptable and just the result of neglect. some of the towels that we were provided with were threadbare and stained ( yech!) Other things such as a strange safe with no operating instructions and the odd lightbulb out gave the impression that nobody really cared. Not what you are looking for on your holiday.

Breakfast was included and was average. Once again having to ask 2 or 3 times for a coffee indicated that no one was really on top of things..

Sadly, this could be a really great hotel. Great location, facilities and good size rooms. Hopefully someone will shake it up someday soon and make it realise it's potential.
