Absolute worst place we've ever stayed at in Gatlinburg. Substituted our confirmed 2 queen w/ a 2 double that looked out at a stone wall. Dirty red carpets had a dark iron burn just as we entered the room. Dirty kleenex were under the bed (still there I assume). Commode 'rocked' when sat on. Door didn't lock properly and had to be forced. Advertised 'guest laundry' - one washer/one dryer and the dryer was OUT OF ORDER. Outdated elevator.

Staff is allowed to 'break' in the parking lot smoking, talking, staring, etc while guests are trying to maneuver in the parking area - I overheard other guests complain about this.

The two women in the office had no idea how to interrupt their own printed confirmation or explain why the confirm. for the 2 queens's was same price as the final price as the 2 doubles. They were both rude and the older woman had a nasty attitude. I simply asked for explanations, which they were unable to provide and they became quite defensive as if *I* were the one who should interrupt the confirm for THEM and provide the information, when they were unable to give ANY explanation - just wanted to argue.

After returning to my room the younger woman called our room twice to tell us what we'd already been told and offer a small credit, which we refused telling her we'd already made other arrangements.

We checked out 3 days early and went to another facility. (the gentleman on the desk when we checked out was extremley nice and professional. also the refrigerator in the room cooled very well - these were the only 2 things I can be positive about concerning Reagan Resorts.)

Terrible! We went memorial weekend 2011. Have been to Gburg lots of time but never stayed in town, decided we would try it, so we could just get out and walk downtown. The rooms were very outdated, terrible veiws. The pool was disgusting! Not clean, water was cloudy, tile in the pool was broken. I think we were the only couple with children there. Would never stay again.

This is our second year in a row to vacation at this location. We were treated well. In fact I met Mr Reagan(owner). He solicited suggestions to make the room better. We will return next year.

We stopped in Gatlinberg ont he way home from NY to Nashville for 2 days we were walk in to the place. We have found a great gem. The room we got is brand new updated.. new flooring and bed and paint. We had interaction with the staff and even with a do not distrip on the door they left new towels and products. Super happy and plan to return. The Walls were a little thin and we had some uplate people but it was n't overly bad. One issue was the WIFI.. its slow and you have to visit a local store site first but overall... fab!
