Unit 501 is very nice.....Has been updated with stackstone around the fireplace... flat screen TV's in the Living Room and Master Bedroom....Great view from the balcony and it's a corner unit.....Also very clean and quiet.....Short walk to the village with lots of shopping and the strip.....Across the street from Ripley's Aquarium.......Would stay in Unit 501 again in a minute.......

I was worried because i booked on line and because the rates where so good. We were so happy with our condo. We were close enough to down town that we walked every where but yet far enough away from the traffic and noise. Our room was perfect. No check it. All we had to do was show up and open the door. check out the video on line.

Stayed at Olde Gatlinburg Place for a week. Unit 701 has a wonderful view of the city and mountains. Very clean, with no problems. Have read other reviews about other units in this building being in need of refurbishing. You really need to be sure you ask for newly renovated units like 701. Great stay.

THIS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST IN GATLINBURG!!!!This place is so old and smelly that I didnt have allergy problems until I got there .Upon check in the front desk sent me to my room and guess what the room wasn't clean had to be rechecked to a new room only to hear a knock on the door it was the front desk the room had no working AC.The third room the AC in the bedroom made so much noise I insisted that we would not be staying in HOTEL DUMP.All three rooms had torn or stained carpets,had curtains up for closet doors the smell was terrible.The pictures on the website has to be at least 10 to 20 years old was not up to date.If you like staying in a place that makes you feel dirty when you check in this place is for you but don't take your dog because he would prefer to sleep in the car.Since we booked online we had to forfeit one nights rent which really was a rip because we was mislead by the pictures on line some say you should have looked at the room first wouldn't have made a difference since we booked on line we left $122.84 pissed off since we booked with credit card We demanded total refund since we could not stay in a place that was in this condition no fault of ours I felt sorry for all the families that stayed in HOTEL DUMP with small children so as you guessed it DON'T STAY IN THIS CRAP HOLE YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!!!!I WANT MY $122.84 BACK CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THAT..
