The place was clean and the staff was polite. It is located within walking distance to the town with all the shops, but it's also a short drive to the scenic overlooks and other attractions. There are outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs. They also have crafts for the kids and a small game room. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We have been going to the Gatlinburg area for years and staying in cabins, but after spending a wonderful weekend at this property, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is perfect, literally just a 5 minute walk to the downtown area and to all of the shops and dining establishments. We had a one bedroom suite that was larger and nicer than many apartments I have lived in! The room was well maintained and spotless. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was perfect at the end of a long day, and having a kitchen to keep snacks and beverages in was an added bonus.
Brandie at the front desk was very personable and helped us with any questions we had and always had a welcoming smile when we came by the desk. Yes, this is a time share property, but when we were asked to come to the presentation by the respresentative, we declined and she was very polite about it....there was NO pressure at all. We were told if we changed our mind to give her a call, and that was the end of that.
All in all, this was a wonderful experience and we will definately stay at this property again! Again, a special thanks to Brandie for her kindness.

The staff are great! The villas are nice and comfortable except for the paper thin walls and clunky doors. We had the misfortune of staying during a youth retreat . . . Slamming doors, knocking, screaming, and running up and down the halls made for a bad experience. I had enough at 12:30AM and became my father for about 30 seconds. It quieted down but by then I was wound-up. As luck would have it, our neighbors rose at 6:00AM to greet us with even more obnoxious behavior. I refrained from once again morphing into my father by praying for supernatural patience to overwhelm me. I realize the hotel/time share management aren't responsible for rude neighbors. However, events like this are frequent in Gatlinburg. We will not return. Good for families....bad for couples.

We stayed with our family, grandparents, us and grandkids, over the Holidays. We had a two bedroom suite. This place is excellent. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond. The location is perfect. Once your car is parked you don't need it again. The suites are one of the best I have seen in this type set up. Very Very Nice. We had 6 people and we were all very comfortable and never felt crowded or on top of eachother. We even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen and were very comfortable. The place was so clean. My son lost a small toy in the bedroom and we had to move the beds. There wasn't a dusty bunny to be found. This was probably the cleanest place I have stayed. I can't believe there is a better place to stay in Gaitlinburg.
