Wanted to treat my wife to a night out, this is the perfect hotel! Gorgeous, comfortable, great price!
The amenities were first rate. Comfortable bed and amazing shower. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very modern look and feel. Good breakfast. Overall I had a great experience.
This was the second time I have gotten the pleasure to stay at the Condor. The first time was with friends on a girls weekend. This time it was with family, this included 2 adults and three children, ages 14, 12 and 3! The versatility of the hotel was amazing! The breakfast was a plus again! Saved us $$$! I had such a great time and the staff exceeded expectations again! We drove and had to park our car in Brooklyn, the staff was so helpful in helping us find parking. This time we selected a suite. I was blown away by the room yet again. It was modern and luxurious but also so versatile and functional. There was a fold out couch AND love seat! All of the children had their own beds and were very excited about it! They were also very excited about the balcony. The room was set up in a way that utilized the space very well. I am impressed with the Condor once again! Can not wait to get back to the city!!
I was surprised with a 2 night Stay-cation for my birthday by my friends.
When I saw where I was going I was like, "really where did this come from?"
I walked in to a very nice, modern, and quaint looking property.
I was greeted by Andrew at the front desk, as he helped my friends with the surprise, and directed up to my room.
Aside from the surprise my friends planned, I was still in shock to see such a nice place literally hidden right here in Brooklyn.
It was clean, neat, and very comfortable. It had ample place to store your belongings. The bathroom was very nice and also clean.
If I had to give one complaint it would be that the TV was not clear on all channels and that is not really an issue for me.
I had a lovely stay and would definitely go back as well as recommend it to anyone who asked. I hope it is able to maintain what I saw or make it even better. I thank the staff for a great experience even though I did not really have to ask for anything. The time or 2 I did when I first got there, they were very responsive. John was also helpful with my checking out and getting me a cab home. I enjoyed my STAYCATION!!!
This hotel is located in Williamsburg Brooklyn. It is a very clean and well maintained hotel. It has a beautiful backyard sitting area and a very nice lounge area. Since it was January there was no sitting outside and the lounge was very empty. The hotel was incredibly quiet but I'm not sure if the walls are thin or was it just that the guests were loud because with elevated voices, i could hear everything they said. So be careful of that. If you're a light sleeper you might ask for a corner room. It's far enough from downtown Brooklyn that you don't have to deal with the noise and craziness but still close enough to get the great food that Brooklyn had to offer. There are only two things that you should be careful of. One is parking. There are spots right across the street on the weekend. But if you are staying during the week, find a parking space and don't move your car! If you move it, you will regret it because almost every car is a family van which leaves little room for much else. Second is the terrace. Every room has a terrace but ask for a room facing the street other wise any views will be of the sides of other buildings. I would definitely stay there again. Other than those minor things, it was such a nice property! I would definitely stay there again.
