“Great staff!”

The staff at this hotel was excellent! I was traveling with my sister, my mom who was celebrating her 80th birthday, my eight year old daughter and eleven year old nephew. The staff went out of their way to help us have a great time in Savannah. Also the rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

“Perfect!”

I am so glad that we booked the Hampton Inn on Bay Street for our recent trip to Savannah, Ga. The hotel was nice, clean, roomy, updated and affordable. The entire staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is perfect...River Street to the North and City Market just to the south. I would definately stay at this hotel next time I go.

“As good as the reviews say!!!”

The dedicated, friendly staff make this Hampton Inn an excellent place to stay. The staff truly seem to enjoy working there and helping their guests. They smile, are polite and friendly. And they work hard to make their hotel a great place to stay. Hats off to both the staff and management!

Rooms were clean and modern, in great condition. The included breakfasst buffet had plenty of variety and was tidy nd well-stocked. We asked for cabs twice, and the front desk had one for us in 5 minutes.

I have allergies, so an absolutely clean mildew-free, feather-free room is important to me. And this was perfect. Extremely clean!

Things to know: Windows in our rooms don't open, but the heating/cooling unit was more than adequate. Mattresses were on he soft side (versus hard/firm). We were on the 6th floor overlooking Bay Street in off-season (early Feb) and still traffic noise on Saturday night around midnight was surprisingly audible, so if you're a light sleeper, you might ask for a room not overlooking Bay or pick a hotel further from Bay Street. We were fine.

“Unexpected Stop”

On our way to Florida we decided on the spur of the moment to take a few days and stop in Savannah. We called the Hampton and they did have a vacancy. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is clean and bright. Our vehicle was valeted for two days. We walked all over town. The complimentary continental breakfast was one of the best. The staff replenished items constantly.

Room Tip: We are members of the Hilton Honors and AARP as well and were afforded both discounts at this hotel.

“Savannah Stop-Over”

Great hotel to stay in while travelling up and down the east coast. Good service and knowledgeable staff. The folks in Georgia are very nice and service oriented. Savannah has history, beauty along the river, good shops, and great restaurants. Very casual and laid back atmosphere, lots of tourists.
