I looked a January stay here based on reviews in Trip Advisor. All in all, a really lovely, small hotel which puts a premium on service and guest comfort. What we liked:
2nd floor is a large reception/breakfast area where guests can hang out, use the computer, and help themselves to complimentary coffee/tea, etc, throughout the day/night. The hotel serves a substantial continental breakfast each morning, which is included in the room price and hosts a happy hour with wine & cheese in late afternoon. Decor is exotic, Moroccan-inspired. Rooms are small (to be expected), but well-designed and comfortable.
CONS: There's no individual climate-control in the rooms, and it was HOT. The staff helped us make adjustments so it was bearable, but beware if you need that option to sleep comfortably. Also, our room was on the front of the hotel and it was NOISY due to construction, at least on Saturday morning. You're literally steps from Times Square, so location can't be beat if you're there to see shows. Concierge was also very helpful in scoring last-minute tickets for us. I'd come back, but I'd request a room in the back and/or higher floor (I think we were on the 6th).
