This hotel has 2 views to pick from...marina or the bay. Marina side is quiet and the Bay side is beautiful. I prefered the Bay side. Staff is very helpful, (especially Jody)
Continental breakfast in the mornings. Eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, pancakes and cold cereals. Juice , coffee and milk. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help.

Room Tip: Out of the way of the busy traffic. Sits on Shelter Island.

“Customer friendly”

My assistant double booked me at this hotel and another nearby. Since I needed to be at the other location, I needed to cancel this one. When it came down to it, Aaron bent the rules for me and was very understanding. Next time I am going to Shelter Island, I will definitely stay with Bay Club!!

“very nice stay”

we enjoyed our stay here the staff was very friendly. it is a older hotel but it was stll nice had a wonderful view of the bay. we left our sliding door open at night and early mornings we could here the sea lions it was really cool. our bartender John was awesome great memory. not a big place thats what made it more personal. would stay here again

“Excellent hotel”

What a great place to stay in San Diego. Right on the Bay with good views and a park for walking and running on the bay. Customer service is excellent. They helped me with printing out my boarding pass. Breakfasts are good. Rooms large. We will return.

Room Tip: Second floor, facing the bay was best for us.
