The location of this hotel is awesome. Walking distance to Fenway Park, and a ton of great pubs and restaurants just right around the corner. Check in was easy, the staff were all great, and the room was clean and comfortable. We we're in town to catch a couple games at Fenway Park, and it was cool to see the visiting teams we're staying in this same hotel.

The only issue was one night while sitting in the hotel bar, there was a mouse running around on the floor that couldn't seem to find his way back into his home. It was enough to make us get up and leave; very disgusting.

The Boston Sheraton is a great business hotel, having a perfect location being in the
center of 2 large shopping malls, Newburry street etc.
Rooms are very comfortable, clean and most of the rooms have a great view.
Direct acces to shopping malls which enables you to dress light.

I've stayed at several spots near Copley Place and this is my new favorite. The staff was fantastic. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. They have some very nice suites available for upgrades.

The beds and rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is connected to Copley Place...very convenient.

I have no complaints about this hotel and will be staying here again on my next trip into Boston.

Conveniently connected to the prudential tower. If you are taking the train in from the airport. get off at the Prudential stop on the green line and you go right into the mall. Short walk to the sheraton. The hotel was packed when we visited, though we still managed a upgrade to the starwood preferred floors. The room though had a small closet for hanging your coats and clothing. Mattress was slightly worn, needs to change soon. Bottled water complimentary 2 per day. A continental breakfast was offered, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastry, cereals and beverages. Pretty much the same spread everyday. Computers (2) were available to use in the lounge and at the lobby but for some reason they were very slow in loading the pages. Took the taxi back to the airport, was about 30 dollars.It was a good stay here at the Sheraton Boston. Will visit again,
