Best western is a reasonable comp.

Bed: sheets did not fit the mattress. Housekeeping came to the room twice before we found a solution (two "king sheets" to cover the bed).

A/C: balmy Boston weekend and hotel engineers said "old units" would not get room below 72 degrees F. So... We sweated it out. We checked three other rooms, all had "old units."

Bathroom: hairs on robe. No personal bath products. All bath items served from community pumps on wall.

Room: dust on Everything.

From the moment we arrived we were wowed. The staff was very accommodating and warm. Champaign on check in nice touch! Rooms were spotless and very modern. The room had hard would floors on entry and Skoah products that are very good they even sell it downstairs! The pool was great for my kids and the roof top deck was a great escape. I will be back.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and paid $46 / night to valet my car. When it was returned to me, I drove it, noticed a banging, so I got out and saw that there was significant damage to the passenger side wheel well, passenger side hood (about a 5 inch long dent), and the bumper (cracked). The wheel was also noticeably abraded from where a driver had hit something. I had to file the claim as a "hit and run" because the hotel won't return my calls. They have to not even taken the valet charges off of my hotel bill! I have been without my car for a week, as it is in the shop being repaired for over $1400 in damages. I am really dissatisfied with this and the way it was handled by all involved.

During graduation weekend, all of the four and five star hotels were already booked, so we were left with the new Revere Hotel, a converted Radisson. While the location is excellent in the Theatre District and next to the W Hotel, the room just lacked some amenities. In a suite we had, the bathroom is tiny, and only one person can use it at one time which certainly makes getting ready a bit time consuming. There was no mini bar or water which was quite inconvenient when you woke up in the middle of the night thirsty. The elevator broke down on us once, and there was no umbrella in the room, but the services was quite nice both at the front desk and especially the valets/bellboys. For $500 per night, don't see us ever returning here again.
