The staff their was very professional and accommodating. There is not another hotel like it in Beaumont, Texas,

This just has to be the best hotel in town, because absolutely NOTHING could be improved!! After all, you can't improve something that's already good, and that is what this hotel is: GOOD, Very GOOD!!

Was OK - older place - still clean and fine. Great staff very helpful and pleasant. Continental breakfast OK - included a number of warm up items place waffle maker.

We stayed here for 4 days while visiting family. We found it to be of he quality we expect from Marriott. The room was clean, comfortable and in great condition. We had a micro wave and a fridge. The free breakfast was the typical available at Fairfields - make your own waffles and continental fare. The market shop was not as stocked with food (vs snacks) as others we have stayed at, but enough if its late and you do not feel like going out. The only downside was a fire alarm at 3am the first morning we got there, but apparently was caused by a guest - the fire department arrived promptly and after a few minutes we went back in.
