We wanted to stay near Bandelier on this trip. What a pleasant surprise to find this fine place to stay, it is very near Bandelier also Los Alamos. I can't say enough for the staff, they are most helpful, the room was up to date, clean and comfortable in every way. A full breakfast was there waiting for us before we took off to explore the area. You can't go wrong staying here.

Pleasant staff, very clean, quiet, very reasonable. Just what a Hampton Inn should be.

I found the staff to be great! Clarissa at the front desk simply won me over when I stopped in to check out the facilities before making my decision to stay at this hotel. During the 14 days of my initial stay, I was quite pleased with the staff helpfulness and the litttle extras they offered to make it home away from home. All of the staff I encountered were exceptional. The gym area has a sauna and adequate equipment for working out, breakfast offers a variety of chioces, and some week evenings there are nachos, wings, hot dogs or other choices to supplement travelers that will find restraunts are not always open close by. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. As a solo traveler I felt safe and have chosen this hotel to stay at again since my inital visit.

Had a one night stay here in early November.

We arrived quite early and our room was available, which was great. HH Gold amenities were waiting in the room for us. We were on the main floor, in a King room. The room was clean, and pretty much forgetful, which is what you expect from these chain hotels - that's not a criticism, it's just the way it is.

As others have stated, this hotel is in White Rock, not Los Alamos, but we were aware of that so not a problem for us. White Rock has very little to offer except its proximity to Bandelier National Monument, which was pretty much the purpose of our visit to the area.

We ate at the Bandelier grill, about a 5 minute walk, and had had a good night's sleep at the Hampton. Internet was free - again so much appreciated by guests, I wish all hotel brands would do this.

Breakfast was more than enough, with muffins, egg things, starch and fruit - and as noted in other reviews, there are breakfast bags to go if you need them.

I would stay here again for sure, if I ever find myself back in the area.
