We loved our room during our 3-night stay in Parc 55. The hotel had a great lobby and service, our room was beautiful too. Ultimately, this hotel has wonderful location, being right smack in the middle of union square. If you're into shopping, the shops are minutes away! :) it was a great place to stay after a long flight from Singapore and being jet lagged, it was just nice being able to explore a little..then walk back to our room to rest a bit.

The not-so-great parts..well gotta agree with everyone else on the forum. The parking of $55/day was horrendous and if you're unfamiliar with the area (and the left hand drive for us), the safest option was really to go for the crazy rate. And yes, bring your own water too.. :)

I have to say right off the bat that my wonderful experience was largely in part due to Andre at the front desk. I checked-in with him and he was delightful to talk to. He knew I was staying at the Parc 55 all week for business and put me up in a corner king room (#2073). I was told that this room was very nice and had an amazing view and it did. The room was spacious and the view was amazing. After a long day, being able to relax and take in this view of the city was awesome. Thank you Andre!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. I would have appreciated a little more storage space for my clothing items since I was staying all week but I made due. Room service was ordered one night and the food was mediocre at best but the service staff was a delight to interact with. I called for a wake up call and was in the shower and was not able to get to the phone...staff was knocking at my door to make sure I was up and that nothing had happened to me. How great is that?

Overall I was very pleased with my stay here. The location is great and as I said, the service was top notch.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect for me. Very central, modern, clean and helpful staff. Andre at registration was especially helpful - I asked for a room with a view and I certainly got one! 24th floor corner room was fabulous. Only small criticism was that it was a bit noisy (from outside) but that is hard to avoid in such a busy, convenient downtown location. Definitely recommended!

This is a friendly hotel in a good location but the rooms aren't that nice and the beds are hard. The bathroom was rather stark. The view was terrific but for a boutique hotel it wasn't that boutiquey.
