I was in San Francisco for a business trip and I cannot say enough good things about the Galleria Park Hotel. This is a really great charming hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. The service and attention to detail were impeccable. The hotel is centrally located and I was easily able to access BART and the metro. The room are nicely decorated and furnished. The lobby is also very elegant and nice. In addition, the price is unbeatable for the quality and location of the hotel.

What can I say other than this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel is great. I was a bit nervous due to the outside noise, but once I was in the hotel and also in my room I couldn't ear any of it. The staff was very friendly at check in and throughout my stay. Gave excellent restaurant referrals and was more than willing to secure us a reservations or transporation. The hotel was beautiful decorated. After staying at this intimate boutique hotel I now have a fondess for boutique hotels and will continue to stay at boutique hotels over large chain style hotels. I look forward to my next SF trip and will stay at the Galleria Park Hotel every time.

I stay in San Francisco 2 nights a week every week and have for over 7 years. Over that time I have tried many hotels , and I have to say Galleria Park is my choice. Big enough to have the facilities you want but small enough to still be personal and care. The attitude of the staff and the accommodating service are what mark the property out as special. Nice sheets and big comfortable beds. Inner rooms are quieter but you are in the city so expect some noise if you have a room on the street side. They do get busy when there is a big conference inn town so make sure you book early on those weeks. For the price it is pretty much unbeatable if you journey takes you downtown to San Francisco

My husband was on a business trip while me and our baby joined him to San Francisco to tour the city. Both myself and my husband were very pleased staying at Galleria hotel.

Room: We were given a room with a King size bed and also a crib with wheels to easily move around the room - I like that :) Although the room wasn't very big but it was good enough for us and the baby especially that our baby has just started walking, it was good enough for her to take a few steps here and there!

Staff: The staff were very friendly. From the moment we were met at the front desk till we left, each and every member of the staff we have spoken to was very friendly and cooperative. They helped me with the stroller every time I was in or out of the hotel. Few times where there wasn't someone close to the door to help but then the receptionist would step forward and help me.

Tours: I asked the hotel if they know any tours i can take and they helped me with looking at different Hop on Hop off bus tours. After I have done a little research, I decided to book one through them and it turned out to a great bus tour (The open top bus tour) It was $40 for 48 hours hop on hop off bus tour, I paid $15 at the hotel and the rest was paid when I took the bus.

The hotel has a very elegant lobby that I really liked. Never waited too long for the elevators. There's a track for jogging on the 3rd floor and a workout out room, unfortunately I haven't checked them out.

Location: The hotel is so close to union square where you can take the bus tours (infornt of Macys) and also so close to Market street where Westfield mall is and a lot of stores. The are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.
China town is only a few blocks away.

It was a marvelous stay at the hotel. We had a good time.
