I booked this hotel four months before our stay based on the package listed with a designated price on their Website, which was to include a dinner at the Bar Harbor Inn, choice of local tours, and two breakfasts. When we arrived, they had no record of this on their computer (even though I had already paid for one night) and the confirmation number did not indicate that we even had a package arrangement. Then, when the desk clerk took our paper work out, there were vouchers for breakfasts and the tour, but no dinner. They did not honor the original reservation, but instead advised us to "upgrade" (more money) to get the package we wanted. We thought this was rather tacky. The clerk admitted that their had been mix-ups with their computer back in March, but the man who took the reservation over the phone had made some kind of note on our file about the package. She was rather confused about it, but still would not honor our original reservation.
