“Cool but not worth a special trip”

We were staying in Poipu and decided to stop at Spouting Horn one evening after dinner. It was definitely cool - especially since the surf was strong - but we literally stayed about five minutes. You don't need much more time than that. There's a lookout over the Spouting Horn that has a great view, but it's just a little park, not a beach or anything. If you're in the area, it's worth seeing...but I don't think it's worth a special trip.

It's convenient to Poipu so why not go. It's pretty amazing

“Nice little stop on your way along the coast.”

Nice vista point, worth the stop, it was prety cool to see the water geyser up from the volcanic rocks below.

“Nice hour stop ESP to shop and take pics”

Not a bad deal for free. They have shops lined up before u reach the main attraction. Bring cash. ESP if u like pearls (although most are fresh water). The water spout is neat. But fences make it less magical. Good whale watching spot as well during season in winter. Roosters are annoying. Island is over run with them. All in all close to hyatt and poipu beach. Worth a look.
