Booked this with trepidation as it sounded so different. Were pleasantly surprised how organised the 'resort' was. Even more pleased with the amenities, hot water for showers and a flushing loo. Amazing how much space there was in the vans.

It's therefore different and unusual, but though cheap the price has a $30 supplement for bedding and cleaning, so is you are only staying for one night It actually doesn't work out that cheap for those on a budget.
Throughout the time there didn't see anybody. So you find your own van which considering we arrived at night was rather difficult (Advise arriving during the day) and though we collected bedding as per the instructions someone had actually left us some. You make your own beds and obviously it is then like camping with the bed comfort etc what you expect for a 30yr old camper van.
Saying that the washing facilities were a real surprise. An outdoor solar powered shower was gorgeous as was the toilet.

Avoid this place unless you like to feel like your personal safety is at risk. We were harrassed at night by neighbors. No security, no amenities, might as well camp for less money.
