Purposes of cleanliness includes health, beauty, absence of offensive
odor, avoidance of shame, and to avoid the spreading of dirt and contaminants to oneself and others
We love going to this Hot springs but it is sad each visit shows less care for the property.
Even if repairs are let go there is no excuse for the lack of cleaniness, basic housekeeping would be an improvement. Stains on the wall curtains and matterss, spiders, mold in the frig, is uncalled for!
there is more to a business then just collecting your money and doing nothing else.Very sad!
The people are great-they need to show some love to this place

We apologize for the sub-standard experience you had at our Inn. In response, we have made many changes with management and staff to address some of the issues people are having with our Inn. With a new Head Housekeeper and staff, plus better quality control we are headed in the right direction. While there are still some changes we would like to make, we have addressed the main issue of cleanliness first.
In closing, we look forward to welcoming new guests. As for our former guests whose experience was not up to par, we would appreciate a second chance. Again, Thank You for your time and constructive comments.

I'm usually able to roll with the punches, take the good with the bad. However, this place is at the bottom of all lodging I've stayed at in a lot of years. The carpet was two different style, two different colors and both very dirty.
We only stayed here because everything else in this small town was booked up and it was far to another town.
We did not eat in the restaurant due to the odor at the time we were registering for the room.

the people where very friendly and they helped me with ALL my questions and i had alot i went home and told all my friends about this little family owned place and they even have a BBQ joint on site that is just amazing
