I spent one night here after a long day travelling. I could not have asked for better in an affordable motel. The family who owns it were extra-friendly and helpful, when I made my reservation and when I was in Riverton. They recommended a taxi service, left a key for me, let me store my luggage after I checked out, helped me find my way around, and spent time just chatting. The room was sparkling clean, especially with the newly remodeled bathroom area, and the bed comfortable. I appreciated having a table and a small fridge. While located on an unexciting strip of highway, the Paintbrush is only a short walk into the downtown area of Riverton.

We stayed at the paintbrush motel on our way through Riverton and chose it based on the one review we had read. This has prompted me to write a review. Paul at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and there were some nice extra touches like make-up remover for my girlfriend. We needed to send a fax and Paul did this free of charge. All in all, great value for money. You can park directly in front of your room which is handy. Free wireless internet is great. I recommend this motel.

I am writing this review as we are staying here using their WiFi which works great. We are on a 11 day Road Trip exploring Wyoming. If I only had 2 words to describe this motel they would be Fresh and Clean. Our room has been redone from top to bottom. While everything is new, this motel still has that old time charm without the old time smell. The room is quiet even though the motel is on the main road thru Riverton Wy. Our room has 2 queen beds and is roomer than most modern chains. The staff is freindly and check in was a breeze. I like the fact that I can park right in front of our room.
If there are negatives: the soap bars are small, about the size of a Holloween candy bar, the shampoo comes in packets and they are hard to tear open and there is no pool or jacuzzi. These are not an issue with us but they may be for some people. We would not have any problem staying here again.
