We arrived at the Inn on Christmas Eve and we were immediately welcomed by a kind and helpful staff, Christmas Cheer, and a sense of "coming home". Another couple we met at the Inn had left a more pricey Inn the day before for the warmth and comfort of Parkway.
Everything from the quaint breakfast room with a fireplace, delicious food and the sweet cleaning ladies, not forgetting the pool and gym.... It was easy to feel like we were in good hands! Oh yeah... plenty of roomy parking; no problem there.
The location is perfect for town, restaurants and walking distance from skiing, hiking and bike paths. I plan to return and of course will stay at the Parkway Inn. We are grateful for a wonderful time and a truly amazing front desk staff who went over the top to make it so!

I've been to the Parkway Inn twice now and both times I loved staying here! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out with directions, restaurant suggestions, and even just general information about Jackson. The free breakfast is perfect for someone like me that doesn't like anything too heavy in the mornings. Good range of breakfast cereals/granola, yogurt, fruit, bagels, danishes, and hard boiled eggs. The cider and cookies waiting for us after our ski runs were perfect, and the hot tub/jacuzzis were perfect to relax in after a hard day on the mountain. The rooms are spacious yet cozy, and the showers are great (I thought about running a bath because the tubs are so deep, but decided to save water). The location is great. The town square is only a couple blocks away as is the shuttle to the mountain.

We had the most wonderful experience at the Parkway Inn. The staff is so accomodating, great with advice on anwhere to go, eat, or do! The rooms are very comfy and spacious. I'd stay here anytime we come back to Jackson Hole!

Enjoyed our stay 9/24 and 9/25. Quaint hotel convenient (easy walking distance) to downtown Jackson shopping and restaurants. On-site parking is tight (beware big SUVs). Breakfast is nice but has somewhat limited seating. Overall nice property and nice rooms which are currently being renovated/updated.
