a very friendly old style cabin motel with a large green area in front of all the rooms. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly on the call for reservations and on check in.
The room was great with a new tv and king size bed which was very comfortable. Not as fancy as some of the new hotels in town but much much better priced

Booked a room here before the place opened in the spring via email, so glad I did. Kudar Motel appears to be a family run place with very nice cabins in the heart of downtown Jackson. Very easy to get around on foot. Rates were great.

Good motel with walking location to Town Square. They have 1 bedroom rooms and also separate cabins. The manager was very nice and wentout of his way to accomidate you. Room was basic with fridge and microwave and small bathroom. Will stay again

We stayed here for 4 nights in the motel. They tried to get us into a cabin but they were all full. The room was clean, new linens every day and the rate affordable for downtown Jackson. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a downtown place in Jackson.
