Upon check in the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are well furnished and very clean. Pool and spa are very nice and the exercise room is very well equipped. I have stayed in the other hotels in hulett in the past and this is by far the best. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Reasonable value, good room and adequate breakfast. The hotel is around 12 miles from Devils Tower. Not a great deal of hotel choice in Hulett, a very small town, but this one is OK.

I really liked this place. Maybe because I really liked the town. The town people are pretty great. There was a bluegrass festival in town that my husband and I went to and really enjoyed. People were really friendly to us. The only drawback was the man at the bar across the street who rubbed his hand on my butt as he walked behind me, otherwise I would retire here. But this has nothing to do with the Best Western. The price was reasonable, the place was clean. The A.M. breakfast was decent for a complimentary affair. We did not get a chance to check out the pool because we were so into the blue grass festival that the pool had closed by the time we went to bed.

I completely forgot to leave my review. I loved this facility. A small conference was going while we were there and it never interfered with the enjoyment of this hotel. The beds were the most comfortable of our whole trip. If you can get a view from the front it was lovely. We also liked the little restaurant nearby, I believe it was called the Ponderosa.
