We stay at this hotel every time we visit Tomah for the weekend which is usually 6-8 times per year. While this hotel doesn't have it's own pool, it is partnered with the Econolodge down the street that has a WONDERFUL facility that is open 24 hours per day. The water is warm and the pool area is so family friendly!
Every time we have stayed there we have never had one complaint about any service provided by their outstanding staff! The morning breakfast service is fantastic with the best waffles ever! This hotel has a great workout facility with coin operated washer and dryer. Combining these extra amenities with the DVD players, mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms, you have all the comforts of home without the cleaning duties after a family vacation.
The patio area with a grill for the guests to use is a nice bonus, but if you're not into cooking there is the convenience of a Long John Silvers / A&W in the same parking lot of the hotel with a number of other fast food / family restaurants down the street. This hotel is also pet friendly and is the most affordable in all of Tomah with a great place to exercise your dog!
The Assistant Manager, Matt, is extremely helpful and is very committed to making your stay a pleasurable one! With this hotel being only 10-15 minutes from Warrens, WI, location of the Cranberry Fest, it is a shoe-in for those type of enthusiasts!

I had to travel to Tomah WI for the Military to be trained on a new piece of equipment. We checked in on Sunday and I attened class on Monday and Monday night I grew ill and was taken to the Medic the next morning. Upon arriving back to my room that evening I was in need of item that the hotel did not have for medical reasons. Matt the hotel manager went to Walmart and purchased the items I needed. My condition did not change and I had to be flown out early and I had no ride to the airport Matt, took his own personal time and drove me to the airport himself. You don't find people or Hotel like that very often.

Needed a place to stay on a vacation road trip. The Microtel is right next to the interstate exit, but not too noisy (it was muggy, so we kept the windows closed). The room was small, but we didn't need much space. It was clean, neat and up to date. The desk staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was average - no complaints. Only issue was that the free wifi didn't work in room 101, but we didn't complain because we didn't really need it.

We found the rooms to be very clean. Service at the front desk was very helpful. They advertise a fitness centre...not much there...three ancient cardio machines and some free weights.
