My girlfriends and I went to have breakfast at the Inn at Cedar Crossing, what a terrible experience! I am one that's all about the TOTAL exprience and the food was ok our waiter who was young was alright however the manager Kelly was rude. we asked if we can sit by the window seat for breakfast, Kelly made a face and a crude comment " well if I seat you there the waitress will take forever to serve you since she has plenty of patrons in her section" Ummm ok then proceeds to seat us in the back of the restaurant,my freinds and I then asked if can we be seated on the other side of the resturant ( near the bar area) so that we can have a seat mear to the front of the resturant and enjoy the sunny day ( there was not many seated on that side. Again she made a face, and said in a rude tone "fine", she was rude and made it seamed like we inconvenienced her. My father owned restaurants in the Chicago and I was brought up that you always give your customers a delightful experience and modify as you can along with GREAT food. The food was cold and the "experience" was tainted when Kelly's attitude set the tone of our meal. We asked our waiter who the hostess was that had seated us he said she is just part of staff then asked her if she seated us and then came back and said she is the manager. could she at least come up and apologized that she came off rude to us, no instead we got bad looks the whole time we were there.. I won't be going back, and we go to Door County often... Never take your customers for granted!!
