Need a boat? Want to go for a hydro bike ride on the water? Need a good tasting sandwich? We did and the friendly staff made it happen with their upbeat personalities. Beautiful condo rooms, did we say clean too? Rooms with a view overlooking beautiful Little St. Germain Lake.
The Memorial Day weekend was a special weekend for myself and my wife.
We can't wait to go back to enjoy some more fun in the sun and water.

We have stayed at the Black Bear Lodge in February for the last few years. We enjoy snowmobiling in the northwoods so like to have a nice warm comfortable place to come back to after a fun day of riding the trails. Black Bear Lodge has everything we need. The Bears Den has a variety to their menu and food is great. The lodge is close to St. Germain to get groceries and do laundry. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Some of them have fireplaces. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We will be back next year!

The resort at Black Bear lodge in St Germain is a great place to stay weather there for snow or sun. The lodge homes a just great, beautiful views winter or summer and the homes are just perfect for couples or families. The lodge homes have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths which is perfect if you are all trying to get going in the morning. The beds are very comfortable and the home is very clean. Kitchen is ready if you want to cook meals with dishes for four people and pots and pans. The electric start fireplace was a welcome extra after a day of sledding! Would recommend to all!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Short drive or long walk to highway 70. gorgeous scenery. Good location to restaurants and pubs and snowmobile rental shop. Clean rooms. Nice soaps and shampoos. Hair dryer in bath. Cute dishes in cupboard. Quiet neighbors. Stairs were instantly cleared after snowfall. Bears Den had good beargers and pizza and bloody marys. Only drawbacks would be firm bed/pillow and weak showerhead stream. St. Germain is not as big or crowded as Eagle River area.
