Booked room for one adult and 2 children through Priceline who sent in error that 2 adults were reserving the room. I contacted the hotel as we would be checking in late and was informed that we were reserved in a one queen bed room without sofa pull-out. I explained to Stephanie Priceline's error and that 3 people were coming and that I needed two double beds. Stephanie flat out refused to make any adjustments without payment for the upgrade. She called her manager and was able to offer $5 off the increased price which was a disgrace. I will never stay at a Super 8 because of how they were so unwillingly to help someone. The best part was after we checked in we saw on the Super 8 sign "Our staff works hard for you". What a joke - Stephanie did not work for me! Lastly, this is a pet friendly hotel so if you are allergic to dogs or don't like to hear barking out your window don't stay here.

This was a great Super 8. The room was huge, but the bathroom was a little small. Not a big deal though. It was very clean and in a great area. Highly recommend for travelers!

The facility was what you would expect of a ~$50/night hotel: Small rooms, thin walls, dated decor, mediocre bedding. But the rooms were well cleaned, the staff friendly and professional, the breakfast bar reasonable. This isn't a "Destination Resort" by any means, but the management and staff make an honest effort to provide decent service given the constraints of the facility and very modest prices. We didn't need frills, just an affordable place to get a good night's rest on our way to a further destination. This hotel was just right.

We decided to head to Wisconsin Dells a day early, and had a hard time finding a room for a Saturday night. This place was very reasonably price, so we gave it a shot. for around $50, we couldn't ask for more. The staff was very friendly at check-in, advising us of the cont breakfast and other things offered. We requested a ground floor room, and received one very near the front desk. Everything was clean and orderly. The laundry area where the hotel launders the sheets, towels, etc had the door open and was spotless. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a spot in the celing that needed repaired...perhaps from water damage from the floor above, but not a big deal. Definately the best place we have stayed at in the $50 range.
