We were not expecting alot, but this hotel really exceeded our expectations. It was 17 miles from the Dells so it was too far to go back and forth during the day. But the hotel was very clean, large rooms, internet, great breakfast, and a very helpful accomidating staff. I would definitely recommend it.

Our car broke down 2 miles north of Portage, WI in a blinding snowstorm. We were on the shoulder of the road. The 911 dispatcher sent a tow truck to pick us up and haul our car to a repair shop. The tow truck driver called Super 8 to get us a reservation. I was very pleasantly surprised with our accomodations. Not only did they offer us a lower rate a few hours after we checked in (because, they said of our car breakdown) but the place is immaculate. They couldn't have been more accomodating. We highly recommend this Super 8. They really are SUPER!

Booked room for one adult and 2 children through Priceline who sent in error that 2 adults were reserving the room. I contacted the hotel as we would be checking in late and was informed that we were reserved in a one queen bed room without sofa pull-out. I explained to Stephanie Priceline's error and that 3 people were coming and that I needed two double beds. Stephanie flat out refused to make any adjustments without payment for the upgrade. She called her manager and was able to offer $5 off the increased price which was a disgrace. I will never stay at a Super 8 because of how they were so unwillingly to help someone. The best part was after we checked in we saw on the Super 8 sign "Our staff works hard for you". What a joke - Stephanie did not work for me! Lastly, this is a pet friendly hotel so if you are allergic to dogs or don't like to hear barking out your window don't stay here.
