“Restaurant Only”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 January 2012

My daughter and I travelled to the Premium Outlets for a shopping day. One of the store clerks told us to try The Chancery @ the nearby Radisson. We were so very pleased with our experience here. The waiter, Michael, was first-rate - knew the menu and how to treat his customers. I would definitely eat here again, even though it would mean a detour off the highway. The food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing and the prices were very affordable.

“Overnight stay so my wife could go shopping”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 December 2011

I stayed here once years ago but until this stay I forgot how nice it is. We checked in early on a Saturday without any issues do not think even took 5 minutes to check in. I am an elite member and they upgraded me to a whirlpool suite and it was a nice whirlpool, my small son just loved it. The suite was roomy with a king size Sleep Number bed very comfy. The bath room had a lot more room in it than most hotel bath rooms you could open and shut the door and not have to bother anybody that might be standing at the sink or getting in and out of the shower. We were on the sixth floor and had an excellent view of why we were there; which was the Outlet Mall across the street. You could also see I-94 as the hotel is very easy to get to, a fast off and on from the interstate. Wi-Fi was free and they had a good line-up of channels on TV to include pay-per-view. We had room service twice from the attached Chancery restaurant, the service was quick and the food was tasty. All in all it was a pleasant and relaxing stay I would surely stay here again.

Room Tip: The South side highr floors have a good view of the outlet mall and interstate The Northeast side w...

“Nice Hotel and Nice Staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 November 2011

I stopped in from a long road trip and was pretty beat. The parking lot looked a bit busy but i stopped in anyway and asked for a room. The gentlemen who checked me in was great and on top of his game, i want to say his name was Matty or Manny. He was quick and gave me all the info i needed. The bed was comfy, i ordered room service and that was also quick and pretty good. All in all good place off the highway between Chicago and Milwaukee.

“Clean, quiet, convenient, great staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 October 2011

Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, despite the time of my stay being extremely busy. Hotel was at capacity, yet staff always offered a smile. Rooms were a good value. Clean, in a seemingly safe area, and quiet. A great night's sleep. Restaurant located on-site (attached to property) is uber convenient. Shopping just steps away, with the large outlet mall.

“Nice Hotel with Friendly Staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 October 2011

The Raddison was a nice hotel. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was traveling on business and had my wife with me so we needed to check in early. The front desk person was more than willing to assist us and checked us in right away. I've been to hotels where they make a big deal out of this and don't want to assist however not here at the Raddison. The hotel lobby was nice and the rooms were very clear. The Sleep Comfort bed seemed a little old and for this I only gave the hotel a four star rating. Also, the restaurant that was attached was okay however again for a 5 star you have to have great food too. The outlets were right across the street and the Jelly Belly Factory was just 5 minutes away. I recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.
