This was our fourth stay at The Waters. We had a standard double queen room with a sleeper sofa, table and chairs, balcony, fridge and microwave. We've always been pleased with the hotel. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. There were three sinks in the room and lots of mirrors. It was easy to get ready in the morning with all of us. The bathroom layout was a little strange, like other reviewers mentioned. You have to maneuver the door around your body. (I think a heavy person would have trouble getting in.) Also, the walls were thin in the hotel. We could hear more hallway and neighbor noise than what you usually hear in a hotel. We didn't use the fitness room. We normally use the fitness rooms at hotels, but this one was so small. Really small, with an even smaller TV. The waterpark has two slides, a kiddie pool with fun little-kid stuff, a regular pool with a basketball hoop and has a great big indoor/outdoor hot tub. I loved being in the hot tub outside, not having to smell chlorine. The waterpark is not large, but the price is not large either. We paid $90/night.
