When we made the reservation, the man said he had to call us back. When he did, it was from a personal cell phone, which seemed a little supect but we didn't give it much thought. Lesson learned!! A total of four people in our group had their credit cards compromised after making reservations at this hotel. When trying to remedy our issues with phone calls our voices fell on deaf ears. Nobody wanted to work with us and nobody returned our calls so we decided to make it public with this review. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! RUN TO ANY OTHER!

The T.V. in the room had no remote control when we arrived. When I called down to the front desk, I was informed this T.V. didn't have a remote that worked with it. When I asked for another room, they said they would find one that would work with my T.V. Had to call down to front desk a couple different times before this issue was resolved. Second night we ran out of toilet paper, and none to be found anywhere in the room. To top it off, we woke up Sunday morning to take a shower, and had nothing but cold water. When I mentioned the cold water to the front desk, she commented that she thought something was wrong as the water was cold when she was washing dishes. Needless to say I was not happy with our stay. No price adjustment on my bill for all the inconveniences. Would NEVER stay here again!

This was a very unpleasant stay! It started off with the odor of a dead animal in our room, then there was no hot water in the morning, then when we checked out we were charged $18.00 moer per night than our confirmation stated we would pay. when we asked for a credit we were told we'd have to call back later in the day when the manager would be there, she was a no show and we were told by the hotel OWNER that she didnt' know how to work the computer and we'd have to call back the next day. When I called back tthe next day, the phone rang over 50 times and no one picked up. Had to call yet again and finally spoke to the less than enthusiastic hotel manager to receive the overcharge credit. No credit was given for the cold showers.

Manager is rude and unprofessional, as well as some of the staff. The front desk person should not have to clean the rooms too. If front desk person is not around when needed, you are to pick up a phone and call for him/her. Even then, you still wait for service.
