Stayed two nights on business. Checked in without a reservation. Front desk was courteous.

When I asked if I could add extra days if needed, was advised hotel was booked for upcoming college graduation. Not a problem for me...I could stay elsewhere in the region.

Indoor pool. Breakfast buffet included fruit, "cheese omelets", etc. Nicer than some budget-priced hotels I've visited. In-room coffee (the meager one-cup-tray-style coffee pot) was very good. The buffet coffee was not very tasty.

Room was modesty appointed, not fancy, not shabby. Bed was ok, not luxurious, but not rock-hard either. The TV was an older tube-style. My only complaint was that there was no low-volume setting that allowed the sound to be audible without annoying the neighbors. (It was either too low or too loud...but maybe that's because my ears are 60 years old.)

My personal preference is a Hampton, but I would stay here again.

I went to stay at the Baymont with a group of friends, we were going to a concert near by and needed to check in early. I had called prior to the day of arrival and they told me we could check in at noon, when we arrived at 1:30 there still wasn't a room. The woman at the desk could not even find what room we had to start with, then she said it would be another 45 minutes. After the 45 minute wait we tried to check in and she was going to authorize our card for double even when we were paying in cash and had a Credit Card on file. I work at the front desk of a resort and I know the procedures and what it takes to check in. She was horibly rude and treated us like a group of criminals. I asked to speak with a manager and her reply was, "I am the manager but she will tell you the same thing." I asked about the two hotels next to the Baymont and she they would make us do the same thing. We proceded to call the Holiday Inn Express and got in without a problem at all, the staff there was fabulous. I would never reccomend anyone stay at the Baymont, I did not even get to stay and was treated extremely rude.

Took the family there to go swimming for a little trip.verry clean hotel,nice staff.room was a little small.beds were comfy,but,the noise from the hall can get loud.the breakfast area is a little small.all in all a nice hotel.would go back.

This hotel was very clean and neat, the staff was very friendly, and the beds were so comfortable. The free continental breakfast was really yummy too!! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!
