I want to tell what a GREAT holiday experience we had over Christmas at the above location. Every employee we met was friendly and had a smile and a kind word. The main desk was manned by a young gentleman named Ray. He could have not been more helpful giving us direction, recommending places to eat etc. Our room was impeccable. The house keeper was Tina Thompson and she was very friendly and kept our room spotless. I have traveled extensively over the years and have stayed at top flight hotels, I can honestly rate the service exceptional....

We have stayed in several SpringHill Suites and this is by far the best. We stayed for a night on our way to DC. Check-in was extremely fast, which made us feel as if front desk was just waiting for us. Room was clean and with nice decor, and included microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. Also included was complimentary breakfast.

We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to fellow travelers.

We stopped over en route from DC to Cincinnati. The location was conveniently close to the highway and the staff was friendly. Our room was dark, but reasonably appointed and clean. Breakfast was fine. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working in the small gym, so it was very stuffy and made the workout less pleasant than usual. Overall, we thought this hotel was a good deal.
