We have stayed her multiple times. We have dogs and this hotel is dog friendly and has rooms on the ground floor where pets are allowed. The front desk people seem to like dogs and cookies were even offered. Unlike other dog friendly hotels we have stay in in the past, this one is pretty nice. It's clean and the furnishings are are in good repair. There are lots of pillows.The airconditioning and heat work well. They have wifi.Breakfast is included. In addition to cereal, fruit, pastries and yogurt, they have scrambled eggs, biskits and gravy, and a pretty cool waffle iron to make waffles from scratch. They have juice, milk tea and coffee. They have plenty of coffee.

I had an issue on a previous stay but decided to give it another chance. They compensated me for the issues we had, and we enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool. Clean, breakfast was decent. Good location for us, thanks

I have stayed here on numerous occasions as it is a good fairly central base of operations for activities in Spokane. I do have a couple of issues with the hotel. The Wireless Internet is spotty at best in a loit of the rooms. They have added modems but it is still fairly slow and frustrating.

The front desk staff is great. Very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is decent. Biscuits and Gravy are always a winner in my book!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower and AC worked fine. Room smelled fresh with no strong cleaning chemicals odor. Pool and hot tub were also clean and fully functional. Check-in and check-out where fast and easy. It was an easy drive back to the airport from this place. I would definitely stay here again.
