“Great Surprise in Prosser!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 September 2011

Our entire wedding party booked nearly the entire hotel in Prosser, WA called the Best Western Inn at Horse Heaven. We were very impressed with the quality of the inn, comfy rooms, plentiful breakfasts, and with the friendly (& very patient) staff. The inn had a nice pool for the children, a fireplace, wi-fi and reasonable room rates. They even offered coffee and cookies during the afternoon! My family travels very frequently in the States & globally, and think it was well worth the money.

Room Tip: There is no elevator for the two story inn.

“Too expensive for what you get!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 September 2011

Because there aren't many options in Prosser this hotel takes advantage of it by charging ridiculous rates. We paid $148 with tax and that was the AARP rate. The staff had absolutely no advice or information on wine tasting or the vineyards that really define the area. We ended up driving to another establishment for the information we were seeking. Next time we'll be calling in advance for reservations at the only other hotel in town.

“Overpriced and overrated”

When one pays over $100 for a room with in-room wifi, it darn well better have in-room wifi. Excuses and suggestions that one come to the lobby with a laptop won't cut it. The room was no better or larger than lower priced motels but, of course, if there are only two hotels in Prosser and one is ready for bed, one is stuck. Unimpressive.

“Great Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 August 2011

We loved this hotel, if we were ever to return to this part of WA we would stay here again. The rooms were new looking, clean and the beds were sooo comfy! There are two diffrent hotel buildings and we stayed in the one without the front desk...this is were the only downside comes in...without a staff person there to monitor noise at night it seemed to get alittle loud. So if you really need a quite night I suggest staying in the hotel with the front desk person in it. We only got to use the pool outdoors but it seemed really clean and kept. The hot tube on the other had was being worked on so that was alittle disapointing. Many resturants also within walking distance. Lots of (semi) truck parking space and you even get a truckers discount for staying! A great place to stay! :)

“A decent and convenient place to stay”

We were on a wine tasting journey through the Columbia Valley and decided to stay one night in the Prosser area. There are not a number of good options available, so we chose this hotel, knowing that Best Western has decent standards. We were not disappointed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (even the pillows). The morning breakfast was not lavish, but it was food for "fuel", not for entertainment. There are several good wineries to taste in the Vintner's Village, and we had dinner at Tuscany restaurant downtown. It was a very good meal.
