Usually Super 8 motels are good, but this was a complete nightmare!
We preordered a non-smoking a month ahead, via Super 8 website. However, when we arrived to the motel, there was only one room left, and it was literally full of smoke. Not a slight scent, but just like a smoking room at some airport.
There was just one person at the reception, who was extremely busy doing 10 things at a time, while having problems to do even one of them properly.
We wasted more than an hour of valuable sleep ahead of our flight. During that time, I called the manager of the motel, but she just hang off on me. Finally, after long negotiations, a room was found for us at another Super 8, at a higher price.
Don't trust this place!

Staff was very friendly, but cleanliness of room was questionable. Close to great food, shopping & water park, but couldn't leave the hotel without a buddy system due to the characters hanging outside & the creepiness of the harassment we got every time we went out after dark.

We stayed in this motel for just one night, before returning home from our trip.
This hotel/motel is really, really bad. Questionable people hanging around in the lobby. When we stepped in, I just wanted to turn around and get out.
Room was dirty, toilet wasn't flushed when we got in what should have been a room prepared for new guests. We stayed in a non-smoking room but the carpet and the chairs upholstery had cigarette burn marks. The toilet paper roll was damp, and the second roll that was in the bathroom had stains as well. I thanked Good that there was a Wallmart next to the motel, opened 24 hours, and I was able to buy a blanket to lay it on the bad to try and get some sleep.
The noise from the highway was just too much to be able to sleep. I've read in other reviews that the rooms that face the highway were noisy, but I didn't think it will be that bad. There are trucks that pass by those windows and use the engine breaks, so you just can't get any sleep.
It was the last night of our trip and we didn't want to pay more money for another room at a close by hotel, so we stayed, but It left me with a sour taste of my trip that otherwise I enjoyed. We will never stay at a Super 8 again, definitely, not even for one night.

Great location for access to many attractions being fairly near to I5, but without the usual hum of traffic.
I had a ground floor room on the parking side which was very comfortable and quiet, might be more of a problem on the other side as a main road runs down the side.
Handily placed for 2 local restaurants and local shopping.
Well worth a return visit.
