This stay was more like it...
My room key was waiting at the front desk, I just verified information on the check-in sheet and showed them my credit card and Gold Crown Club card and was in the room in less than 2 minutes.

The internet worked flawlessly, the pool and spa area was clean.

The hotel was once again full this night ( a Wednesday).
