We stayed at the Best Western for 2 nights at the end of July. We were in town for a family reunion. At check-in, they could not find our reservation in the computer system and were going to give us a king room for 4 adults and a toddler. Once we went back to our vehicle and got our confirmation number they were able to find our double-queen room. Another room that was booked during a separate phone call was messed up and my uncle and brother had to share a king sized bed when they were supposed to have a double-queen. We booked over the phone to get the group rate, which I think was part of the problem. I’d normally suggest booked directly with the property through their website.
