As a motel in a small town, you can't expect a lot, but the Best Western brand at least gives you some amenities.

The property is clean and seemingly well maintained. It appeared as though a room was being renovated while we were there. It was quiet, though we were there during a holiday weekend, so I suspect there could by other guest noise when busier. There is a main line railroad near the hotel, but we only heard the train twice while we were there (all other motels in town would have the same experience).

Our room was a double queen with desk and other seating. There was a refrigerator and analog microwave. There was a 4 cup coffee maker. Also, a hair dryer, ironing board and iron. There was a bath tub / shower combination and commode in a small room. The sink and counter space was spacious.

Temperature control was good.

The beds were hard (not firm), but we slept well anyway.

There is a pool / spa and a guest laundry.

There is a very generous free breakfast, including eggs,sausage, waffles, cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee and milk.

Check-in was quick and courteous.

Since we have relatives in the area, this will be our choice for future stays in the area.

The BW in Ephrata is very nice for a stay in Ephrata. Lobby is nice and welcoming. Staff was eager to help. The rooms are great size and the beds were quite comfortable. We stayed when the hotel was sold out and is was VERY quiet. Pool is nice and refreshing. It was nice to have a breakfast and it was a good selection. Great hotel!

We have stayed here twice now -each time because we went to a concert at the Gorge. This is a good location for that purpose. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast which is included is average but the staff were very good. It's the only place we have been offered an upgrade since we became Best Western diamond elite....so we had a jacuzzi in our room.
I would stay there again the next time we go (and the Rush concert was EXCELLENT!!).

Spent entire weekend here and enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and a good size. Had a small fridge and micro. Front desk staff was nice and we got a cont. breakfast in the AM. We have stayed in other location in Ephrata and this would be the best place to stay.
