“Location location location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 June 2010

A short stay of two nights to try and see as much of Williamsburg as we could was made easy by the location of this B&B which is within easy walking distance of Merchants Square and Collonial Williamsburg.
The B&B is lovely from the outside and comfortable inside. The Innkeepers are Micki and Jeff but Mciki was Inn sitting elsewhere so only met her briefly. We stayed in the Clary Sage Room which is a fairly small room but with good quality fittings and fixtures. Breakfast was ok but no coffee or treats available during the day which we had come to rather expect from other similar priced B&B's during our stay. ...perhaps we had been spoiled...

“The Mulberry Garden Manor exudes charm, elegance, and comfort”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 May 2010

The room was excellent, quiet, very clean. The details - thick towels, down comforters, sleep shuttered windows. The breakfast was sumptuous - local sausage, fresh fruit, an orange filled croissant with fresh blue berry sauce - amazing. And the conversation with other guests and the hosts was welcoming and delightful.

My home away from home from now on. I'll come back as often as I can.

“sublime comfort”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 March 2010

Exactly what a bed and breakfast should be....pear fritatta for breakfast....soft pillows, cushy beds with just the right support...quiet...romantic....

Add in Mickie the wonder hostess, William & Mary across the street, historic Williamsburg just down the block...it doesn't get any better than this!!! Can't wait to go back for, lets see, our sixth visit!!

Wonderful B&B - Mulberry Manor, opposite William and Mary. The historical old town is tremendous with character actors and re-enactments of historical events. Great shopping and restaurants nearby - everything within walking distance of B&B

“Absolutely loved it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 August 2009

We found Mulberry Garden Manor to be an excellent quality B & B. The rooms were immaculate, peaceful and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable with the finest quality linens. We had every convenience of a five star hotel. Warm and friendly hostess and host who prepared a wonderful breakfast. I have already reserved a room for my next visit to Williamsburg. The location is perfect for visiting the College of William and Mary. It is located right by their new business school and Ukrop Drive.
