My stay at this hotel was amazing I spent 3 nights with my husband and i am in amazement at the staff..My house keepers Jodi AND Monica are amazing. and the lady at breakfast Ms. Peaches is amazing..The staff is so genuine and friendly and the owner Mr. Patel is simply the most humble and amazing man I ever met. We had dinner at a restaurant in Virginia Beach and got sick from the food. When we got back to the hotel the staff was genuinely concerned and offered help in any way they could, including offering to go to the local wawa to get us ginger ale :) our stay was awesome, the room was excellent, clean and well kept and we cant wait to go back to see Mr. Patel and his wonderful staff .

My girlfriend and I took a trip to the Virginia Beach area where we stayed at this BEST WESTERN. The rooms were far from dull and typical ! Very beautiful interior with quite some space to move around in. It was truly a conveniently located hotel. 15 mins from the Oceanfront, Virginia Beach, and Downtown Norfolk / Portsmouth. The Housekeeper 'Gloria' did wonders on the upkeep. Some hotels tend to forget the importance of fresh towels ... Not this place! Very satisfied with the service. The breakfast was a tasty assortment of hot and fresh food. Not to mention FREE. I did run into some problems as far as the Check In and Check Out goes. However, Raul the general manager professionally and politely addressed the issue as soon as he could.

Overall, when traveling to the Virginia Beach area this is the place to rest and enjoy yourself when not taken advantage of the beautiful scenes of VA.

We stayed two nights in this hotel and found it comfortable, clean, and all we needed in a room!

Found ROACHES on the beds!! Staff said all hotels have bug.Really? Did not refund money. Had to fumigate all of our bags and clothing for roaches and their eggs. Staff at front desk hung up on us and franchise did not care. Hotel owner Rahul was even more rude and said too bad about the roaches he was not refunding a penny. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night only to find unwanted travelers in our bags. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A ROACH FAN!!!!!!!!!!!
