This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked it on princeline.com and the pictures looked very nice, but when I came there I had a nice surprise, it was one of the tattiest motels (not a hotel!) I have every stayed in. The room and the facilities were dirty and the management was very unfriendly. It was nothing like the on-line pictures on princeline.com. Also, I am concerned that I got bed-bugs (or scabies) there. Plus the prince on princeline.com was more than the actual price they charge there.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Our room was infested with bed bugs and it was disgusting. After being eaten alive by bed bugs all night, the managment would not so much as talk to us, they dodged us all weekend, the only way we got the the manager to respond to us was by threatening to have a lawyer call them. We is still a possibility for us because we have hundreds of dollars of ruined personal property not to mention medical bills that was a result of being in a bed bug infested room. I would NEVER stay in this hotel again and I would not wish the experience that I am still severely suffering from on anyone.

this place is disgusting. the workers are rude, especially the owner. friends and i went there and after hearing bad reviews, asked to see the room that was reserved for us prior to settling in. owner immediately became defensive and made sure to tell us that we can see the room but there are absolutely no refunds. well that was a sign right there. went and saw the room after much reluctance on the staff's part. old and disgusting. refrigerator had black everywhere on the inside of it, bathroom was vomit inducing. since we had already booked a room we knew we had no other option but to stay so we asked for some towels and new sheets (ones on the bed clearly hadn't been changed as they had hair on them). again, owner was very rude and told us he doesn't have any extra bedding and that his housekeepers were not there (which was a blatant lie because we saw one cleaning a room as we went to look at ours). it all went downhill from there as there was arguing between the owner and my friend who booked the room. this all lasted for an hour as my friend tried to call the booking company to cancel while the owner was telling her that she can have her money back but he would still charge for one night....BUT we weren't even allowed to stay there for the evening that we paid. terrible experience. i don't know how the guy gets any business. finally left and went to another hotel. (i would much rather have paid more to stay somewhere nice than to have lost money to this dump). told hotel manager at the other place and he told us that the guy wasn't allowed to charge us for a night if we weren't permitted to stay there. needless to say, i would advise everyone to avoid this nasty motel.

After having read adverse reviews about this hotel.we decided against reserving room.However on reaching Virginia Beach,we decided to find out the facts ourselves,Believe me but I have to state that the adverse reviews were far from the truth, We found the front desk staff very friendly and offered us to show the room even without asking for it.We liked the room and decided to stay. We stayed for two days and very satisfied with friendly staff especially the Manager. House keeping staff was ever ready to provide us anything extra we asked for.The building looks littel bit older but parking lot, swimming pool and rooms were very clean.It"s quite amazing that such a affordable and close to all location should attract any kind of adverse review. I will definitely stay in this hotel again and recommand to all for it's location, very resonable rated and staff service in bonus.
