My daughter and her boyfriend paid $300 to stay one to attend a wedding. Before booking and paying they called to confirm if they could check in early as they were traveling from Albany to attend a wedding that afternoon.
On arrival they were informed because they were nearly fully booked the previous day they could not offer early checking, even though it had been confirmed. When I called the resort to explain the situation I was at first dealt with very rudely. After stating the facts of them not following through on the service offered and much discussion on why my daughter should have to wait 4 hours after guests have checked out for one room I finally managed to get them to contact housekeeping to prepare her room for checkin within the hour. I have travelled all over the world and AUD $300 gets you service unparralled within Australia.
Management need to review both their front of house staff and the quality of their customer service!

Stayed here rather frequent on business due to its location. Unfortunately I found staff rather abrupt and rude. Roaches in the room, half full fridges. However what pushed me over the edge was simply a "lost" Reservation which resulted in increasing the price from 200 to 240 aud allthough I have been a regular and was after 6 nights mid of November. I am traveling a lot and don't inderstand their attitude. Very unfortunate. Cancelled all my bookings and will not come back.

my daughter and her boyfriend went to stay in this hotel yesterday.they are from perth so they decided to stick to a local hotel not to far from home.they were celabrating an anniversary,so they were pretty excited to be staying in the hotel..after finishing work they drove down to the hotel and was greeted by a very rude receptionist.they had paid $200 for a room which is'nt that cheap.the room they were given was very average with no views of anything. it was not even that clean. when they checked out in the morning they were again greeted by yet another very rude receptionist.they came home very disapointed and said they would never stay there again or recommend it to any of their friends,shame really as it would be nice to suport local hotels.i tried to email direct our complaint,but the email keeps coming back as not sent.so this is why we have decided to do a review here...we would definatly not recommend this hotel.

I paid $230 per night for a two bedroom villa which would rate as probably one star if that. Ceiling in the shower has mould. The paint on the ceiling was peeling and the patch up job on the ceiling was terrible. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling and not functional. The verticle blinds had blades missing. Pots, pans and cuttlery was totally inadequate. When it rained, every now and then you could hear a gush of water on the ceiling, ie, a leak in the roof somewhere. I'm in the accommodation business and know what is good value. It's probably worth about $85 per night.

I later mamaged to find a four star self contained apartment in Northbridge. Great value. Nigel
